When will you receive your order?
Once you place the order on our website, and under normal circumstances, we will make sure to deliver the device(s) to your doorstep within one or two business days.

What if you decided to return a purchased device?
You can only return a purchased device within one week from the date of the invoice. The returned device has to be sealed.
Once the device is returned, you will get a gift voucher as refund valid for one month.
